Going through some health challenges with prediabetes and hypertension, propelled me into developing a plan to be healed from these chronic illnesses in and out of the ER for years was a huge challenge and that challenge propelled me into health and fitness, making healthy lifestyle choices for myself so I can live I started studying vegatanles and fruits would lower blppf sugar and lower pressure to overcome these two deadly diseases that could be detrimental to to someone’s life. I started juicing vegetables and fruits that were good for hypertension and diabetes.
This develop a deep passionto help just not myself, but for others helping the community to make changes and live and making it a healthy lifestyle. Also facing challenges, not just with my health, but trying to move forward to help the community who is facing any chronic diseases with the right resources, licenses, permits, vending opportunities to keep my business flowing, helping others to overcome.
